My process was quick and casual.

I had only one round, which lasted about 30 minutes, and it was entirely behavioral. We talked through past experiences and projects, and there weren’t any specific technical questions during the call.

The interviewer was friendly and the tone stayed relaxed, so I wasn’t put on the spot with tricky problem-solving. It felt like they were mainly trying to understand how I worked and how I approached my work rather than testing a particular skill live.

I left feeling like the conversation went smoothly, but I didn’t progress to an offer.
