At Voltus, the Marketing Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal role in accelerating the transition to a clean energy grid. Voltus connects distributed energy resources (DERs)—such as commercial battery storage, electric vehicles, and backup generators—to electricity markets to help balance the grid. In this role, you sit at the intersection of data science, market research, and commercial execution, transforming complex grid and customer data into actionable marketing and sales strategies.
This position is critical because Voltus operates in highly regulated, rapidly evolving energy markets (ISOs and RTOs). To drive customer acquisition and market penetration, the business relies on clean, standardized data and robust market analysis. Your work directly impacts how Voltus positions its virtual power plant (VPP) technologies, identifies high-value commercial prospects, and equips the sales organization to close deals.
You will work closely with product managers, sales leaders, and executive stakeholders to design and execute go-to-market strategies for new energy products. It is a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and intellectually challenging role where your data models and market insights directly dictate the company's commercial growth trajectory.
