I had what felt like a very vague first interview with no real feedback afterward, even after I reached back out to ask about it. The process didn’t come with much context: they jumped straight to asking my salary expectations without first walking me through the general conditions they offered to workers or what the role would realistically look like.
It left me with the impression that the conversation wasn’t structured to evaluate fit so much as to quickly capture numbers. I never received clarity on next steps, and the whole experience felt thin and frustrating more than anything else. No offer came out of it, and I was left questioning how transparent the process would be for something as basic as compensation.

Easy Positive Lisbon, Lisbon District
My interview experience ended up being very simple and pretty informal. The whole recruiting flow felt like it could move fast, and the tone was relaxed—so I wasn’t especially nervous.
What stood out was the sense that the process wasn’t heavily scripted. Even when the response wasn’t what I’d hoped for, there was at least some feedback, which made the experience feel more respectful than many other applications I’ve been through. I didn’t get an offer, but the lack of complexity and the quick turnaround made it feel manageable.
