Because Pentera's technology is highly disruptive, you will spend a significant portion of your time educating the market, orchestrating complex Proof of Concepts (POCs) alongside Sales Engineers, and navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees. Your success directly impacts Pentera's rapid global expansion and helps secure some of the world's most critical infrastructures.
Selling Pentera requires a unique blend of high emotional intelligence, sharp business acumen, and a strong technical foundation. You must be comfortable discussing network security, penetration testing, and risk prioritization with highly technical security practitioners, while simultaneously building value-based business cases for executive-level buyers. It is a high-velocity, high-reward environment where execution, resilience, and strategic territory management are heavily prioritized.
