Then the hiring manager meeting came next. That portion dug deeper into my experience and how I approach problems, with more scenario-based prompts rather than generic questions. Overall it didn’t feel drawn out: I was done with three sessions in total and I received an offer letter within about three weeks. The whole thing felt efficient and straightforward, like the process matched the pace they promised.
