This role is highly strategic and carries immense business impact. Customer service is no longer just a cost center; it is a critical driver of brand loyalty and revenue. You will target customer support leaders, VPs of Customer Experience, and Chief Information Officers, helping them understand the profound ROI of putting people at the center of their business. Selling Gladly requires shifting the buyer's mindset from "how many tickets can we close?" to "how can we build lifelong customer relationships?"
You will join a high-performing sales organization that operates in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Because the platform represents a fundamental paradigm shift in the CX space, your success depends on your ability to run deep discovery, build compelling business cases, and demonstrate how Gladly solves complex operational challenges.
