Genesis10 runs a structured, multi-stage pipeline that mixes screening, a learning or project component, and group evaluation. Across roles, you should expect both communication and collaboration checks, including group work and stakeholder style discussions.
The topics data shows very strong emphasis on front-end web fundamentals and related languages, with JavaScript, web development fundamentals, HTML, and CSS all highly prominent. In parallel, role-aligned topics also cover Business Analysis at the highest prominence, Project Management Methodology and Stakeholder Management at very high prominence, and AI Applications at very high prominence.
Candidate reports also show the loop can feel long and include waiting between steps, with communication and scheduling sometimes becoming a dominant factor in the experience. Initial outreach and optional initial screening

Information and recruiter interviews, then formal screening
VariesYou may start with an informational session to understand expectations and structure of the Dev10 program. After that, the loop includes formal interviews via phone or video, and often conversational interviews with account managers or delivery directors, plus recruiter-focused behavioral conversations.
Learning or project-based assessment
Time-boundedCandidates move into a web development learning or project component with a fixed time horizon, and there is reporting of passing timed assessments in some cases. The overall assessment themes link strongly to front-end fundamentals like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and to application of skills in a deliverable.
Group interview and cultural fit evaluation
Same day or several hours totalYou then enter group evaluation, which can be a large-group immersive event where candidates develop and present a business plan in teams, or a smaller group scenario-based discussion. Cultural fit is also evaluated, and discussions with team members and stakeholders assess collaboration and fit. Active, clear communication is a recurring expectation during this stage.
Offer and compensation discussion (only if successful)
After final evaluationIf you are successful, you enter discussions regarding the job offer and compensation. Some reports end without an offer, so treat this as conditional on progressing through all prior gates.
