Difficult Positive United States

After the recruiter outreach and a phone screening, I ended up in a Dev10-style pipeline that felt pretty structured. I first had to complete a self-directed web development course/project during the training window, and the whole process included multiple rounds before I reached the group stage. The early steps also included timed multiple-choice assessments, which set the tone—straightforward questions, but they were paced, and passing them was the gate to the next interview.

Once I got through the assessments, I had a behavioral interview with the recruiter. After that, I worked through the project component with a fixed time to complete it, and then I landed in the final group behavioral round where I was randomly assigned to a team. The task wasn’t just talk—it required designing a product concept and writing up a business proposal as a group, while evaluators watched how I collaborated and contributed.

Easy Positive United States

My interview ended up feeling lighter and more approachable than I expected. I started with a quick screen with a hiring rep, and in my case the format included a short HTML/JavaScript project with a test at the end. Even the group component felt more like discussion than a hard technical gauntlet—people talked through basic questions, and there weren’t coding questions thrown at us during that stage.

There was still an “interview journey” shape to it: there was an information step about the program, then an aptitude-style phase covering logic/reasoning, followed by behavioral conversations, and then a coding sprint focused on HTML. The process kept pointing toward candidates without heavy CS backgrounds, and the difficulty seemed tied more to how well the questions matched my thinking than to anything like deep algorithm work.
