You will interview at Datavant through a mix of recruiter screens, technical assessment, and a virtual onsite that combines system design with deep dives into how you have executed past projects. Across roles, stakeholder management and presentation skills show up as prominent evaluation areas, so you are not only judged on answers, you are judged on how you communicate and coordinate.

Expect heavy emphasis on Python, Salesforce CRM, advanced Excel, system design, security engineering, SQL, test-driven development, and hands-on debugging-style work. You will also see domain and product-adjacent skills, including marketing analytics, lead-to-contract process (L2C), and scheduling and availability coordination.
