As a Customer Success Engineer (or Technical Support Engineer II - Bare Metal) at CoreWeave, you sit at the critical intersection of high-performance cloud infrastructure and client success. CoreWeave is a specialized cloud provider built for compute-intensive workloads, and your role is to ensure that our clients—ranging from AI researchers to rendering studios—get the most out of our massive, GPU-accelerated bare metal fleet.
You are not just a support contact; you are a technical partner. You will diagnose complex hardware and networking issues, optimize workload performance, and act as a bridge between the customer’s technical challenges and our engineering teams.
