What is a Project Manager at Children'S Learning Centers Of Fairfield County?
The Project Manager position—specifically operating as the Program Data Analytics Manager—is a highly strategic and collaborative role at Children’S Learning Centers Of Fairfield County (CLC). As Stamford’s leading early childhood education provider for over 120 years, CLC serves more than 800 children annually across programs like Early Head Start, Head Start, Child Development, and School Readiness. In this role, you do not just manage timelines; you serve as the operational backbone that translates raw program data into actionable insights, compliance reporting, and powerful stories of community impact.
Reporting directly to the Director of Program Services, you will oversee the agency's data systems, ensure compliance with strict state and federal regulations, and coordinate cross-departmental reporting. Your work directly impacts the organization’s funding, operational efficiency, and ability to serve vulnerable families. By maintaining reliable data dashboards and supporting staff with technical training, you enable teachers, healthcare providers, and family-service professionals to deliver high-quality early childhood education with confidence.
This position requires a unique blend of technical data management, project coordination, and human-centric collaboration. You will work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your analytical skills directly contribute to building a brighter, more equitable future for Stamford’s children.
