Across the reported question topics, the most prominent areas are Data Structures and Algorithms, SQL, High-Level Design, and Product Management, plus domain-heavy areas like Blockchain Security and finance-related topics.
What you get tested on is a mix of correctness and communication, plus design depth. The topic distribution is heavy on SQL and DSA, and it also includes High-Level Design, Scalability (system design), Data Analytics, and Product Thinking, with additional functional areas shown as fully represented topics like Test Automation, Customer Success fundamentals, Marketing Analytics, Sales Strategy, and Financial analysis.
The process is multi-stage and typically combines recruiter screening, deep-dive interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, technical interviews, and at least one HR or culture-alignment discussion. Based on candidate reports, you should expect a structured assessment early in the pipeline and multiple rounds that can take several weeks, and you should plan to give clear verbal reasoning for technical work.
The most non-obvious pattern in the reports is that being able to explain your approach is treated as a core part of the evaluation, including in formats like short video explanations and in rounds where interviewers focus on your reasoning rather than only your final code output.
