What is an Account Executive at BharatPe?
As an Account Executive (often titled Field Sales Executive) at BharatPe, you serve as the frontline representative of one of India’s most rapidly evolving fintech ecosystems. Your primary mission is to expand the BharatPe merchant network by onboarding small and medium businesses, facilitating the adoption of QR-based payment solutions, and driving the penetration of the company’s suite of financial products, including credit and lending services.
This role is the engine of BharatPe’s growth. You are not just selling a product; you are solving for financial inclusion by bringing unorganized retail into the digital economy. Because of the high-velocity nature of the fintech industry, you will be expected to operate with significant autonomy, manage a geographical territory, and hit aggressive volume targets. It is a demanding role that requires high energy, resilience, and a deep understanding of the local merchant landscape.
