On top of that, the overall workflow seemed inconsistent and drawn out. I saw delays between rounds and even after final interviews, long after promises of faster follow-ups. The interviews themselves were fairly straightforward in the sense that they matched the expected competency-and-case structure, and interviewers were friendly, but the process didn’t feel particularly inspiring.
