You are not just fixing devices; you are the primary face of the company, responsible for delivering a personalized, human-centric customer experience. Whether operating within a uBreakiFix by Asurion retail store or supporting clients from a centralized hub, your mission is to keep customers connected to the technology they rely on daily.
The role is built around a core philosophy: Serve, Solve, and Sell™. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, diagnosing issues with smartphones, tablets, laptops, game consoles, and smart home systems, and executing the necessary repairs. Once the technical issue is resolved, you transition into an consultative advisor, identifying opportunities to upsell protection plans like the Asurion Connected Home or Asurion Home+ program. This ensures that the customer's current device is fixed and their entire digital ecosystem is protected moving forward.
