As a Customer Insights Analyst—often aligned with Product Director-level initiatives—you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic product evolution at Altana. Your work is central to the company’s mission of building the "Global Trust Platform," where understanding complex supply chain interactions is paramount. You are not just reporting metrics; you are uncovering the "why" behind user behavior to inform how Altana scales its intelligence products.
In this role, you will analyze how global enterprises interact with Altana’s platform, identifying friction points, adoption patterns, and opportunities for product-led growth. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable feature sets.
