At AeroVect, we are pioneering the future of aviation ground support by bringing robust, high-performance autonomous driving systems to the airport ramp. The airport environment is highly structured but incredibly dynamic, demanding the absolute highest standards of safety, reliability, and precision. As a QA Engineer (which includes our critical Test Engineer, Autonomous Vehicles and Test Driver, Autonomous Vehicles roles), you are the final line of defense. Your work ensures that our self-driving tugs and tractors navigate complex runway ecosystems flawlessly, protecting human lives and multi-million dollar aviation assets.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge robotics software and physical, real-world execution. You will design rigorous test cases, execute physical track and field tests on our autonomous platform, analyze sensor and telemetry data, and collaborate directly with software engineers to resolve complex edge cases. It is a high-visibility position where your safety decisions directly shape the deployment of our autonomous vehicle (AV) fleet.
This guide is designed to prepare you thoroughly for the rigorous, comprehensive evaluation process at AeroVect. By understanding our core evaluation areas, the structure of our interviews, and the specific technical competencies we seek, you will be positioned to showcase your skills effectively and join our team in Atlanta.
