I went through four rounds that included an email test, and most of my conversations were with managers and directors.

The process felt smooth and the people I met were friendly, which made the multi-step journey less intimidating.

What helped was that expectations were explained clearly, and the tone felt supportive rather than purely transactional. It also felt like there was room for growth in how they evaluated me—at least that was the impression I got from the way they spoke about development and ambition.

By the end, it still didn’t turn into an offer for me, but I walked away with a positive feeling about the way the process was run and how well it fit my sense of how I wanted to work.
