My process took a while—around three months—but it felt unusually guided and supportive compared to what I’d experienced elsewhere.

It began with a phone call with the hiring manager and then moved into an interview with him where he kept working with me instead of just evaluating. He even spent part of his weekend helping me prepare for the panel, which honestly made the whole run-up feel more collaborative.

From there, I went through a series of steps: an email test, then another interview with the SDR director, then a discussion with one of the regional directors, followed by a physical meeting. The last stage was the biggest hurdle—a panel interview with four attendants, including the hiring manager plus SDR leaders.
