My process began with a generic email containing a link to an automated exam that I could take during a one-week window.

The test had a large set of questions—multiple-choice items plus two separate coding-solving prompts.

What surprised me was how little closure there was if you didn’t pass. If I didn’t meet their bar, there was no clear rejection message or explanation; I was essentially left hanging to figure out on my own that I hadn’t made it.

The whole experience felt more like an unattended screening funnel than an interview process, and the lack of feedback made it especially frustrating after spending time on the exam.
