My process began with an HR call, followed by a brief conversation with a team lead on the phone where the role got explained more deeply.

After that, I was given a home assignment with a timeframe of at least a couple of days.

The assignment involved building a feature-rich project, using ngrx and a UI that didn’t end up matching the requirements as expected. I failed the process because of that mismatch, and the turnaround felt like about a week from start to finish.

What I took away was that even when the technical expectations are clear, small requirement alignment issues in a home assignment can be enough to end the process quickly.
