My interview process moved through a pretty standard sequence, but it felt organized and not drawn out.

I started with a recruiter screen, then I had a hiring manager conversation. After that, I went into several technical interviews that each ran about an hour, and the overall focus was solving problems and discussing how I approached them.

In total, I ended up with four rounds—recruiter, hiring manager, a technical interview, and then a cultural fit conversation. People I spoke with were consistently kind, and the atmosphere felt relaxed because the interviewers weren’t trying to make it adversarial. The pace to completion was also relatively quick, around a month end to end.
