I moved as far as the recruiter screen, and it was personable and professional throughout.

The recruiter was approachable and made it feel transparent—like they were openly setting expectations for what would happen next. The process itself felt clear, and I appreciated that I knew what to anticipate.

Even with that good vibe, I didn’t make it past the recruiter screen because they were looking for someone who could start quickly and already had the kind of experience they needed. It was honestly a clean, direct outcome, even though it was disappointing.
