Los Angeles, CAPosted Mar 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

It’s been so long that I couldn’t even fully remember the interview process, which already says something about how low-drama it felt.

The only part I do remember clearly was that everyone I met with—both the regional manager and his boss—came across as incredibly nice.

Because it wasn’t memorable for being difficult, I don’t recall specific questions or rounds in detail. It just felt like polite conversations and a generally friendly atmosphere.

I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that the experience stayed comfortable rather than intense, and that can make the outcome feel less personally clear when you don’t move forward.
