I got in through a current employee who’d been with Zimmer Biomet for almost 15 years and wanted to add someone to his sales team.

From the start, it felt straightforward—more like a quick alignment than a multi-step hiring grind.

I went through only a single interview. It was an easier process overall, and I didn’t end up getting an offer. Looking back, the biggest thing I remember was how simple the funnel was compared to what I’d seen elsewhere, which made it feel low-stakes even though I ultimately wasn’t selected.
