I started with corporate HR, then moved into an interview with a direct regional sales manager.

Their questions were pretty typical—some history and behavioral prompts—and it felt like a lot of the evaluation was about the impression I made and how well I connected as a person, not just whether I could list experience.

After that, I went to the regional director. The emphasis shifted more toward background and whether I was a good fit for the company overall, which set up the final interviews with the VP of Sales and a corporate Director of HR. Those last conversations felt like they were designed to confirm alignment with their broader expectations for the role.
