My interview was mainly behavioral and not very technical, which made it feel accessible.

They asked a standard set of questions about past experiences and how I handled situations.

There was one different moment at the end: they gave me a riddle to see how I approached a problem and how I thought through it. The rest of the questions felt generic in the sense that they matched what you’d see in many companies, nothing overly niche.

It was still an overall smooth experience, and I received an offer. What stayed with me was that the process measured more about my reasoning style and communication than about technical depth.
