ZF Group Systems Engineer interview experience

When it finally started, the first round was a web call with HR.

Two weeks after that, I went into a technical interview. That was the point where the schedule felt more normal and the steps were clearer, but the waiting beforehand was what made everything feel slow.

Even though the interviews themselves weren’t described as difficult, the overall experience left me frustrated because of the long gap between stages. I didn’t receive an offer, and by the time I reached the end, the biggest lingering feeling was simply that the timeline had dragged.
