Zendesk Software Engineer interview experience

I had two recruiter phone screens, then two secondary screens with team leads, and after that five one-hour sessions with developers, engineering managers, and project managers. Overall, I felt like I performed well and could see the logic of the questions.

What bothered me was the timing and the lack of feedback. The process took almost a month, and even after that, I still received a “no” without a clear reason. I left with a strong sense that I did the work required and still didn’t get any real explanation.
