The process felt positive from the start, especially around compensation expectations.

I remember discussing salary and bonus structure, and the conversation stayed in a good, straightforward place overall. There wasn’t much drama in the interaction, and it matched what I expected coming in. It didn’t include any big technical stress in my recollection, just a smooth exchange and alignment on pay details. I didn’t end up with an offer in the record I have, but the experience itself stayed genuinely easy and agreeable.
