My experience with Zapier started with a recruiter screen that felt pleasant and low-stress.

The interviewer was attentive and created a comfortable atmosphere, and it didn’t feel like they were trying to trip me up. The conversation stayed mostly focused on my professional background and general job-fit themes.

I didn’t end up making it past that first round. Still, the overall impression from those early interactions was positive—communicative, human, and genuinely interested in understanding me rather than rushing through a script.
