I went through a process that felt fast despite being pretty complicated.

After an initial case study, I had a subsequent round where I completed a big report assignment, and then I ended with a final stage made up of four back-to-back interviews across different departments.

What surprised me was how quickly the whole thing moved once I got going. Feedback came in a timely, helpful way, and the conversations felt oriented toward understanding how the work would actually look day to day. It didn’t feel adversarial—more like they were moving me through the work step-by-step to see how I’d perform.
