My experience with HR was the part that didn’t work for me.

One interview involved a language barrier where I couldn’t even get simple answers about career trajectory or how work was divided across the team, and I didn’t get a clear explanation of what the possible path inside the company looked like.

Separately, I also had another HR-related interview where the interviewer appeared distracted while they were in a public setting, and I repeatedly couldn’t hear them clearly. It felt like the interaction turned into more of a checkbox than a real conversation, and ultimately that made the whole process feel like a waste of time.
