The biggest part of my process was a take-home exercise that ended up feeling lengthy and somewhat unstructured.

It took me significant time, and the feedback I received was vague and didn’t come quickly—it took more than a week after I turned it in.

Even so, the experience wasn’t hostile. Everyone I interacted with during the process was friendly, which made the wait and ambiguity a little easier to manage. I didn’t get an offer, and the main reflection I had was that the deliverable was the hard part, while the feedback felt too unclear for how much effort it required.
