I interviewed specifically around SAP FICO, and the process was built around two main rounds: technical and HR.

The technical part was very focused on finance and controlling topics.

I remember going through areas like GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, and also cost element, cost center, and related accounting concepts. The questions were fairly comprehensive for the domain, which is why it felt average overall. By the time I reached HR, it felt like the earlier technical depth set the tone for what they expected.
