I had a quick early touchpoint that felt promising at first.

I did a telephonic conversation focused on my Agile background and how I would fit into a consulting role. The call went well, and the recruiter sounded like they were going to come back to me soon after discussing with the team.

Then the timeline slipped. I never received the follow-up, and the email thread about my resume forwarding also didn’t get traction.

I ended up without an offer. What stayed with me was the contrast between how smoothly the interview conversation went and how abruptly it went quiet afterward—like the process didn’t actually move forward after the initial discussion.
