My process started with pre-placement talk, followed by a group discussion.

After that, students got shortlisted for technical and HR interviews. From my perspective, the group discussion was easier than the technical interview portion.

Once it moved into the more formal evaluation steps, the technical portion clearly carried more weight. Even though the overall flow included multiple stages, the hardest part for me was the technical interview.

I didn’t end up getting selected. The experience made the screening and group format feel more like a gateway, while the technical assessment was where everything really mattered.
