Xebia Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

AhmedabadPosted Feb 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an on-site style drive where the conditions alone felt unprepared.

There were multiple panels, some people on Skype, and the environment wasn’t hospitable at all. My panelist also seemed unfit to properly run the discussion, and I felt he forced a very specific way of thinking rather than letting me explain my logic.

The next interview experience I had was just as uncomfortable: the interviewer was rude, and when I tried to correct them a couple of times, it turned into a personal issue. Even though the question itself could have been fine, the delivery and attitude made it feel hostile rather than evaluative.

In both experiences, I didn’t get an offer.
