Xebia Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

Before the actual interviews even started, my first contact left a bad taste.

An HR reached out about the Mumbai location, and I told them I wasn’t interested in applying at that moment. Instead of accepting it, the HR got angry, argued with me, and even threatened me during the call.

That interaction made it feel like the company’s culture would treat candidates poorly, not just during scheduling but also in how people are handled in general. I didn’t proceed to any offer after that first impression, and I honestly decided to stay away afterward because the tone was that negative.
