I only went through the video interview and then wasn’t selected afterward.

The recorded portion had about five to six questions centered on behavioral prompts. After completing the questions, I also had to do two games, and I could only clearly recall one that was about numbers.

The format felt like it was trying to evaluate me from multiple angles without any live conversation. Even though the questions themselves weren’t described as technical, the games added a different kind of pressure. I didn’t get an offer, and the overall feel was that the assessment style left limited room to recover if I didn’t perform well on the tasks.
