My interview journey felt smooth and fairly straightforward.

It ran both online and offline, and the process had about four to five rounds total. What mattered most was passing every round—each one acted like a gate to the next step.

Because the overall flow was described as consistent and well-run, I didn’t experience chaos or delays in the way rounds were scheduled. Still, even with a smooth process, the structure meant there wasn’t a “second chance” vibe; if I didn’t clear a round, I wouldn’t continue. I ended up getting an offer, and my takeaway was that the company valued consistency across multiple filters more than any single interview moment.
