I got pulled into the process through a referral, and from there it felt smooth—starting with HR and then moving to the hiring manager.

The interview itself was a panel, with several people asking questions, but the overall tone was surprisingly low-pressure.

I remember expecting the number of interviewers to make things feel formal or intense, but it didn’t. The conversations were more about learning my background and how I approached things, and the panel dynamic stayed friendly rather than confrontational.

I ended up receiving an offer. Honestly, the panel format could have stressed me out, but it ended up feeling manageable because the process was organized and people seemed engaged rather than trying to “catch” me.
