WTW Financial Analyst interview experience

The questions were clear, and everything stayed focused on the role instead of drifting.

Since it was efficient, I didn’t feel like the process dragged or became repetitive. I also appreciated that the experience was framed as insightful rather than just a checklist. I didn’t receive an offer, and my reflection was that the interviewing was polished, but the final selection clearly went beyond how well the discussion went on the day.
