My process ended up being four rounds, and the pace of hiring was slow enough that it made the whole thing feel drawn out.

I also got the impression that they weren’t always actively interested in hiring new candidates, even after I had invested time into the stages.

What bothered me most was that I didn’t feel there was strong candidate communication about the process in advance. Even with a clear round structure, the uncertainty around timelines and interest made it less motivating. I didn’t receive an offer, and my honest reflection was that the lack of transparency and the delays made it feel like more effort than it was worth for actuarial analysts.
