One of my worst experiences started with the company not checking my CV or experience properly.

Instead of a typical review, they pushed for a walk-in interview, and it felt like the recruitment process wasn’t taking my background seriously.

Because of that mismatch, the whole interaction felt poorly managed from the beginning. There was no sense that they had looked closely at what I had done before asking me to come in, and it left me frustrated.

I didn’t get an offer, but even beyond the outcome, the recruitment approach itself stood out as careless.
