WTW Financial Analyst interview experience

The format itself felt a bit robotic—there was no real back-and-forth—and it put more pressure on keeping my answers crisp.

I found it especially difficult because it seemed like a lot of candidates were being funneled through the same kind of recording screen. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the HR side was moving too lazily through applications, rather than taking the time to actively review people. In the end, I didn’t progress, and that AI-only start left me disappointed more than anything else.
