The way I was interviewed felt very casual, almost like a conversation rather than a formal Q&A.

They asked questions in a way that didn’t feel particularly structured, and it leaned into a more chatty dynamic than I’m used to. I remember realizing that the style could be intentional—like they were checking whether I matched the kind of personality they wanted, not just whether I could explain my experience clearly.

Because the questions felt so conversational, it didn’t fully match my preference for direct prompts, and it left me a bit conflicted while I was answering. In the end, it didn’t result in an offer.
