Wärtsilä Software Engineer interview experience

The session felt professional and clearly explained: they described the purpose of the work, walked through what the role would involve, and gave me time to ask questions.

Despite that good first impression, nothing followed. After the call, nobody reached out to tell me what decision was made or when I could expect an update.

I eventually ended up with no offer, and the thing that stuck with me most was the lack of follow-through. The interview itself went smoothly, but the communication afterward made the whole process feel unfinished.
