Wärtsilä Software Engineer interview experience

The communication was supposed to be a quick conversation, but the interviewer came across as openly rude, cutting straight into questions without even introducing themselves.

The call itself was extremely short—about five minutes—and the tone made it hard to settle into a normal interview rhythm. Instead of a back-and-forth discussion, it felt like I was being rushed and judged.

I didn’t receive an offer. What I remember most is how the disrespectful tone overshadowed the content, so even though the call was brief, it still left a negative impression.
