United KingdomPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a smoother, more resume-and-brainteaser-oriented path with fewer steps than the toughest journeys, and the difficulty felt moderate overall.

HR screening — discussion of my current experience and skills.
Technical interviews (research + puzzle/problem solving) — multiple rounds where we covered resume/project details plus classic quantitative brainteasers.
Math probability interview — a focus on probability topics like Markov chain hitting times/probabilities.
Short, interactive thinking segment — in one interview style, I had a brief timed prompt and was encouraged to talk through my reasoning even if I didn’t have the final answer.
Managerial / final fit — a last interview layer to assess
